There is more to owning a property than just living in it. Buildings need regular care and maintenance to help prevent deterioration. With the escalating cost of property, it makes economic sense to diagnose issues promptly and repair any damage in a timely manner.
With an HNC in Building Studies and my many years of experience in this industry, I can carry out repair and maintenance inspections to diagnose the cause of any issues you may have. As I work independently of building contractors, I have no vested interest in ‘creating work’ so could save you money by only recommending necessary work and advising on suitable trusted/qualified tradesmen.
A written report / schedule of works and Project Management can be provided at additional cost.
